Manisha Kotian is a highly experienced Cincinnati lawyer who was recently sworn in as a Magistrate in Hamilton County, Ohio. Her legal career spans over 30 years, and she has worked closely with organizations such as the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati and the Public Defender's Office, representing children who are victims of abuse and neglect. She is a trained mediator with over 30 years of experience.

In addition to her legal experience, she was the owner of Tri-State Concrete Construction, a union-based, heavy highway concrete company from 2004-2024.

Manisha has previously served on a task force for race relations and is well respected in the legal community. Manisha is a lifelong resident of the Greater Cincinnati area and currently lives in Sycamore Township with her Husband and 3 children.
